[email protected] — the signature that lends credibility to every message.
Filtering inbound and outbound, so your inbox stays clean and your sends get accepted.
The space belongs to the plan, not the account. Share it however you like across mailboxes.
An automatic copy of every mailbox, restorable when you need it.
Use the browser, or set it up in Outlook, Gmail, Thunderbird and on your phone.
We configure everything so your messages do not land in the recipient’s spam folder.
On most services, every account has a fixed limit and you pay for mailboxes that are barely used. Here the storage is a pool: share it across accounts in whatever way makes sense for your operation.
All with anti-spam, daily backup, webmail and help configuring DNS.

Already a hosting customer? The WordPress plans already include business email on your domain.
It is an email service that uses your own domain (for example, [email protected]) instead of free providers such as Gmail or Outlook.com. Besides lending more credibility to business communication, it lets you manage accounts for the whole team, create aliases and configure forwarding rules from the panel. The messages are stored on our server with daily backup.
Yes. We use SpamAssassin with up-to-date RBL lists to filter unwanted messages. Messages identified as spam go to the junk folder automatically. You can adjust the filter sensitivity from the panel — raise it to be more aggressive, or lower it if legitimate email is being blocked. No anti-spam system is 100% accurate, but the detection rate sits above 95% with our default configuration.
The automatic backup runs daily and copies every mailbox, including messages, folders, filtering rules and contacts. Retention is 7 days on separate storage. Restoring is done through a support ticket — you can restore a single account or all accounts at once. The backup is not an archive: if you delete an email and the next backup runs, the deleted message will only exist in earlier backups.
Yes. IMAP and SMTP over TLS are available, so you can set it up in any email app on a phone or computer. Outlook and Apple Mail detect the settings automatically via Autodiscover — you just enter the email address and password. We also have webmail in the browser, which works on any device without installing anything.
Yes. Aliases let an address such as [email protected] deliver into a real user’s inbox without needing a separate account. Forwarding redirects email to any external address. Both are configured from the panel with no quantity limit. You can combine them: create an alias and forward the messages to an external address at the same time.
You can upgrade the plan from the panel at any time. The upgrade increases the number of accounts and the total storage. The change applies immediately and billing is pro rata for the remaining period of the cycle. If you only need more space and not more accounts, get in touch — depending on the case, we can adjust it without changing plans.
Yes, you can use a domain registered with any registrar (Registro.br, GoDaddy, Namecheap, and so on). You just point the domain’s MX records at our mail servers. In the panel you add the domain and create the accounts as normal. We also guide you through configuring SPF, DKIM and DMARC records in your domain’s DNS to improve deliverability and reduce the chance of your email landing in spam.
