We were an agency.
We became the host.

In 2011 we were a web development agency. We built the site, handed it to the client — and hoped somebody else’s server would hold. When it did not, we were the ones answering the phone at two in the morning.

  • We were born inside a web agency
  • Our own datacenter — never a reseller
  • More than 15,000 active accounts today
Where we came from

The problem was ours. The fix became the company.

Tired of explaining to clients that the slowness was not the site’s fault, we rented a server just for the projects the agency delivered. It was meant to be a stopgap. Within months, people whose sites we had never built were asking to be hosted with us too.

Then came the hard part: naming it. There was no brand consultancy and no positioning workshop. We put together what we did and what we knew — Hospeda, from hospedagem, Portuguese for hosting, and Info, from informação, information. A name a client could understand over the phone without spelling it out. Fifteen years later, it is still the most honest name we could have picked.

In 2015 we built our first own rack in São Paulo and stopped depending on anyone else’s machine — for good. In 2019 we opened Miami, for customers with an audience in the United States. Today it is more than 15,000 active accounts across three continents, on hardware, network and a team that are ours.

What has not changed is the point of view. We still think like the agency that suffered with bad hosting: that is why the migration is done by our team, why support understands both plugins and servers, and why the price holds no surprise in year two.

  1. 2011

    The agency

We built sites for clients. The server always belonged to someone else — and the problem was always ours.

  2. 2015

Our own rack in São Paulo

We stopped renting other people’s machines. Hardware, network and configuration became ours.

  3. 2019

    Miami on the map

A second datacenter, for customers with an audience in the United States.

  4. 2024

    Managed n8n

Back to where we started: handing over a ready environment to people who just want to use it.

What stayed from the agency

Our values did not come out of a handbook.

Our own infrastructure

Datacenters in São Paulo and Miami, with 100 Gbps links and redundant power and network. We were once hostage to someone else’s server — not any more.

Support that has been in your seat

The team is technical and has pulled all-nighters over a site that was down. First response in 12 minutes, with no script.

An up-to-date stack

LiteSpeed Enterprise, NVMe disks and current PHP on every plan. In 2024 we began delivering n8n servers ready for automation.

No surprises

A fixed price, no increase in the first year, no migration fee. What is in the plan is what you get.

Our team

The person answering has shipped sites to clients.

The technical team is in-house, and much of it came from the same place you did: building sites, wrestling with plugins, explaining DNS to a client. That is why the conversation starts at the problem, not at a form.

  • 12 minutes to first response — the average measured in chat, 24 hours a day.
  • No support script — whoever answers has access to the server and fixes it there and then.
  • Proactive monitoring — often we tell you before you have noticed.

Stories from people growing with us.

From someone launching a first website to teams running dozens of stores. HospedaInfo is the infrastructure behind 15,000 active accounts.

Renata Oliveira Digital agency · 23 sites
We moved 23 client sites in 4 days with no downtime at all. Support followed every migration over chat and sorted out DNS conflicts on the spot. These days I manage everything from the panel without opening a ticket for basic things.
Carlos Eduardo Braga WooCommerce store
My WooCommerce store was taking almost 5 seconds to load. After moving to HospedaInfo, TTFB dropped from 2.1 s to 340 ms — and my sales went up 18% the following month.
Felipe Augusto Costa VPS · Node + Postgres
I got the VPS to run 3 Node applications and a Postgres database. Ridiculous stability, and the anti-DDoS has already saved me twice when a client came under attack. IPv4 + IPv6 included at no extra cost.
Thiago Nascimento Content portal
The panel could be more intuitive — it took me a while to find where redirects are configured. But server performance is on another level: 99.98% uptime over the last 6 months.
Amanda Souza Company website
I was paying more at another host and the site kept going down. Here I have never had a problem, and it came with LiteSpeed Cache included, which I would have had to pay for separately.
Patricia Almeida E-commerce
Setting up DNS took a little while because our domain was at another registrar, but support was patient and explained every step. Once it was done, the site flies.
