Every plan includes LiteSpeed Enterprise with caching, Elementor Pro, business email accounts, free SSL, daily backup and free migration.
Yes. LiteSpeed is configured with cache rules specific to WooCommerce: product and category pages are cached, while cart, checkout and the customer area are excluded automatically. That avoids problems such as showing another user’s cart. PHP is configured with a memory_limit and max_execution_time suitable for processing orders without timing out.
Yes, a Let's Encrypt SSL certificate is issued and renewed automatically for every domain on your account. Gateways such as PagSeguro, Mercado Pago, Stripe and PayPal require HTTPS to process payments. If you need an EV certificate (with the company name in the address bar), that is paid separately — but for most stores, Let's Encrypt is enough.
Yes. The technical team migrates your complete store: files, the database with all products, orders, customers and WooCommerce settings. We also verify that payment gateways are working on the new server before switching DNS. The process usually takes 4 to 12 hours depending on the size of the database.
It depends on the size of the store. For stores with up to 500 products and moderate traffic (up to 30,000 visits a month), the Startup plan is enough. Stores with a large catalogue, many product variations or traffic above 50,000 visits a month will benefit from Premium or Premium Plus. If you run heavy plugins such as WPML, WooCommerce Subscriptions or an ERP integration, consider Premium Plus for the extra RAM.
In practice it means the CPU and memory resources of your plan are reserved and not shared with other customers. The physical server is shared, but each account has its guaranteed resource limit. That stops another site’s usage spikes from slowing your store down. It is different from a physical dedicated server, which costs significantly more.
Yes. The automatic backup runs daily and includes every store file and the complete MySQL database (products, orders, customers, settings). Retention is 30 days. Restoring can be done from the panel and normally takes 5 to 15 minutes depending on the size of the data. For stores with high order volume, we recommend adding an incremental backup plugin as well.
Free migration handled by our team and a 7-day guarantee to try it without risk.
